WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2019

Home or Business Poultry Decorating Contest
Decorate your home or business windows and/or yard with a poultry theme. Contest judging will be conducted on Wednesday morning.
Call the WVPA (304)530-2725 by July 13 to have your home or business entered in the contest.

Youth Day Programs

9:30 a.m. 4-H and FFA Poultry and Egg Judging
11:30 a.m. Registration for the BBQ Cookoff
11:45 a.m. Youth Luncheon
12:30 p.m. BBQ Cookoff
3:15 p.m. Presentation of Awards
All activities will be held at the Moorefield Middle School. For more information, contact Alex Straight, WVU Extension Service 304-530-0273. Additional support for Youth Day is provided by Farm Credit of the Virginias, Top Bead Welding Services, WV Department of Education, WVU, WVU Extension Service and WV Department of Agriculture.

Tee Time 7:45 a.m. Limit to 25 teams of 4 players
Tee Time 1:00 p.m. Limit to 25 teams of 4 players
Teams will be on a first registered and time preference basis. The fee will be $65 per player or $260 per team. The cost will cover green fees, carts for 18 holes and lunch. Proceeds benefit WVPA Scholarship Program and Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company.

WV Poultry Convention Educational Programs & President’s Dinner

Producers have the choice of attending the Educational Program by location. Both, Tuesday and Wednesday evening programs, will include dinner and the same expert presentation. We do, however, request that your reservation be confirmed with a $5.00 per person guarantee made payable to West Virginia Poultry Association.
