Join us as we welcome West Virginia artist Margaret Rose Caro to share her collection of oil and conte crayon animal portraits titled “FLOCK.” Light refreshments will be served.
Flock: A group of like birds, sheep, and other animals (or people) that have congregated together.
Celebrating Spring, “FLOCK” is an uplifting, whimsical show that opens at the Grasshopper Gallery April 4, 2019. Margaret Rose Caro depicts, through painting and drawing, some of the magical animals and other rural curiosities she has discovered (or imagined) while exploring the Shenandoah Valley, Maryland countryside, Ireland, Sweden, Morocco, and her grandfather’s farm in Moorefield, West Virginia.
“FLOCK” will be on display April 3-May 31 at The Grasshopper Gallery located inside the Lost River Trading Post.
