Sponsored by the Moorefield Lions Club, this is a true community event which welcomes all who wish to join in the annual celebration.
Located at the Moorefield Town Park, the Independence Day celebration starts at 10:00am. Food (including steamed crabs and shrimp), vendors, inflatables, basketball and a free day of swimming offers a little of everything for the whole family. Live music will keep things spirited all day. At 6:30, the parade begins and then at 9:30 the fireworks will light up the sky.
