All Day                                Yard Sale -The community yard sale will be held at the HL Wilson yard sale site at 730 N Main St, Moorefield.

8am-11am                         Pancake Breakfast: Old Mathias School House, Upper Cove Road, Mathias. Sponsored by the Mathias Ruritan Club.

9am-5pm                            Arkansaw Community Center: Crafts, food, live music, and more. Arkansaw Rd, off of Route 29 North of Baker.

9am – 5pm                         Carriage and Heritage Museum of the South Branch Valley: Large display of wagons, carriages, and more. 1 Maple Hill Ave, Petersburg. FREE ADMISSION!

9am-7pm                            Craft Vendors Open: Moorefield High School Cafeteria, 401 N Main Street, Moorefield. FREE ADMISSION!

9am-9pm                            “Our Local Heritage” Photo/History Exhibit: Extensive photo and memorabilia display showcasing historical photos from the surrounding areas. South Branch Inn Conference Room. FREE ADMISSION!

9am-5pm                            Quilt Show: Moorefield Elementary School, 400 North Main St. $2 Admission for adults. Children and students are FREE. Sponsored by the Highland Star Quilters Guild.

9am-5pm                            “Shakespeare”: Museum quality exhibition at the East Hardy High School Theater Concourse. FREE ADMISSION!

10 am                                  Arthur Halterman Memorial 5K/10k Scholarship Fund Run: Wardensville Community Center.

10am-11am                       Children’s Activity- Come make a traditional Corn Husk Doll, Moorefield High School, N. Main St Moorefield. FREE ADMISSION!

10am-5pm                         Historic Homes/Buildings Tours: $12 for admission into all sites. $5 for single site tour. Children 12 and under are free.

10am-5pm                         Antique Farm Equipment Show: Lawn of Summit Financial Group, 300 North Main St., Moorefield. FREE ADMISSION

10am-5pm                         Civil War Living History: Sons of the Confederate Veterans Camp #582, McNeill’s Rangers on the lawn of the Moorefield Presbyterian Church. The 7th WV Infantry, Company I (Union) will be in the field beside Duffey United Methodist Church on Winchester Ave. Skirmishes will take place throughout the weekend. FREE ADMISSION!

10am-5pm                         Craft Demonstrations: Lost River Artisans Cooperative and Museum, Route 259, Lost City. Juried craft demonstrations and Appalachian crafts for sale. FREE ADMISSION!

10am-5pm                         Mathias Community Center: Crafts, food, and music. Howards Lick Road, just off Route 259, Mathias.

10am                                   Muzzle Loading Demonstration and Competition: Hardy County Rod and Gun Club, about 2 miles south of Moorefield via South Fork Rd. at S. Fork Estates Rd. #2.

 10am                                   Federal Generals Corps at Lost River State Park: Lost River State Park will be hosting the Federal Generals Corps, a premier Civil War living history group on both Saturday and Sunday. Camp by the administration building. FREE ADMISSION!

11am                                   WV History Alive! Presents Stonewall Jackson: A West Virginia Humanities Council History Alive! program at the historic McCoy Theater on Main Street in Moorefield. FREE ADMISSION!

11am                                   Guided Walking Tour: Guided walking tour Moorefield will be available to those who have purchased a Home Tour Ticket. The tour will leave from the Mullen Hotel.

1130am                              Heritage Weekend Train: Leaving from the Jefferson St railroad crossing The Potomac Eagle will take riders through the iconic Trough section of the South Branch of the Potomac River. Train boards approx. 30 min prior to departure.

 Noon                                   The Shenandoah Valley Minstrels: Performing on the lawn of the Moorefield Presbyterian Church on Main Street in Moorefield. FREE ADMISSION!

1pm                                     Bear Hill Bluegrass Band: Will be performing at the Arkansaw Community Center. FREE ADMISSION!

1pm                                     The Gillies: Will be performing at the 2017 Tile House, The Inn at Lost River. FREE ADMISSION.

2pm                                     WV History Alive! Presents Harriet Tubman: Performance will be at the Moorefield Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Moorefield. FREE ADMISSION!

 3pm                                     Heritage Pie Contest: Bring your best pie offerings for a chance to win great prizes! Registration at 3pm with judging beginning promptly at 4pm at Moorefield High School. FREE ADMISSION!

330pm                                 Glory Bound Gospel Bluegrass Band- Will be performing at the Arkansaw Community Center. FREE ADMISSION!

 530pm                                 The Flashbacks: Music from the 50s, 60s, 70s. All the classic hits! Great entertainment for the whole family! Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Moorefield High School Auditorium, N Main St, Moorefield.
